Hoping to be found in the crowd.
It dances in the air, free as kites in the wind
Whispering among the clouds to find what is lost.
It hides but strikes
It runs but never shows its back.
It is seen through the lovers eyes
Placing itself in another home.
pieces stuck together like gravitational pull
hold on to their natural cull
parts that held warmth
release the ashes
that kept it whole
revealing the animal attraction
baring its fangs at their core
